SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at check out.

We are not responsible for any lost packages.

ORDER PROCESSING

Pre-made:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of receiving the order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-order:

• Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to process your order after the pre-order window closes.
• These dates are estimates and might change due to unexpected issues such as production or shipping delays. We will keep you updated regarding any changes to the delivery schedule.
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items: If you combine pre-ordered items with items currently in stock, please note that the entire order will be held until all items are ready for shipment. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we advise placing separate orders.

TAXES & DUTIES

• Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. If they are applied, the responsibility for payment rests with the customer.
• These charges are not within our control and are determined solely by your country's regulations. We recommend checking your country's import laws and associated fees for further information.
• Unpaid import taxes or duties will not be refunded.
